  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • For international orders, please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (within the US):
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some countries may have restrictions on the types of products that can be shipped. Please check local regulations before placing your order.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have any concerns, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you with the claim process.

7. Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

8. Address Changes

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. We are unable to modify the address once the order has been shipped.
